Okay, so I have two book signings next week and just typing that makes me want to vomit. I can stand and speak in front of hundreds of people. I can do improv on a stage in front of a bunch of strangers. Heck, I can even workout in a pink sparkly leotard with sequined hot pants and a tutu without anxiety:

And yet these book signings make me absolutely sick. You may remember – if I ever ‘fessed up to it on here, I can’t remember now – my first (and only) book signing did not go well. Pretty much everyone ignored me except for one lady who yelled at “I would never buy a fitness book from you!” and then stomped off. I cried. Not my proudest moment. The thing is, book signings are only fun if you are famous and people actually want you to sign their book. Otherwise you’re just a cheap floor show.
This morning Gym Buddies Allison and Sarah gave me a pep talk. They told me to just be myself and have fun and if I don’t sign any books then who cares, at least I had a good time! So now I need your help. If you were coming to a book signing (please come to mine! please please please! Details below.) how would you want me to be:
