I held scorpion for 5 (albeit fast) breaths! And I have photographic evidence. Wheee! Note the extreme purple color of my face though – that’s how hard I was working to hold that sucker:)

how long did it take you to get there?
To get where? To doing Scorpion? I'm not sure- I've been doing Yoga for years but it was probably just in the last year I started really working on this pose.
